Well, my opinion is that it's not a joke if it's not funny. As for me, to mess up pages unintentionally is casual "this happens" event. Not so funny, I'm a bit old to mock the uploader upon that. But definitely not sad. More like...neutral?
And to mess up pages intentionally is just stupid. The more stupid if it's for 1st april. I'm a but old to get angry at stupid people or things, I just don't care, well

Because the punch line of the chapter is ruined if you start with the last page. It's like starting a joke with the... well, punch line. It's not funny, just "jumbled up". Not sure how this relates to "living a little", you're acting as if jumbling page order is some peak of comedy.
