I totally thought that teacher was another student until I saw it calling her the teacher in the narration box. At best she looked like she had a different uniform for some reason. I think she and that taller male friend of the "perfect guy" switched ages or something, since he kind of looks older than the other people in his class.

What the heck is this rough, pen-drawn art style? i love it, it suits the world and the tone of this manga very well

Also, most monotheistic religions have gods that do basically what eht-sama does here, answer the prayers of mortals, though usually not in a direct way such as this, so unless we've got a really big athiest with a massive hate boner for this type of god, he shouldn't be reacting in this way
