Jesus, I knew they would tone things down, but this is ridiculous, so many good scenes lots. And Hajime climbing the wall like a fucking Pleb when in the novel he came in with the really simple trick of using his power on the lock. And as someone else said, the four question scenes was really funny and it wasn't added.

I'm quite confused since bakamanga says it's 179 Web Chapters (Complete) + 88 Extras (Ongoing), which should be 267 chapters together.

I wanna read the WN, but can't quite grasp the chapters/volumes thing, please some guidance. Also that link at webnovelonline has repeating chapters, which adds confusion a little. I know I'm being picky, but still... =/

@JavelinJoe I know, it's probably my training but I don't consider rubber bullets exactly "non-lethal" depending what kind of weapon fires them and he has friggin' handrailguns. I liked the way the manga handled it better, this bit at least. Though it now lacks the bit where they are shocked at him having a gun but they can add that later.

True, that point can come at any point eventually, though it has to be made sometime or this will get really stupid if MC now has a spoon for his main weapon. Also iirc, his handrailgun had a 2 part firing system, the first part was simple explosion (though idk if it was as powerful as modern gunpowder) from some mineral he found, then the railgun part starts when he electrifies it. so he can shoot it without the railgun part like a normal gun.

They cut out a lot, and also changed a few things. There are way more parts which would have likely taken 1-2 more chapters at least. Though I am especially disappointed they cut out the part where he is summing up what happened in the abyss to Akio using at most one sentence per question.

Also, most most of the comrades are not here, this is like 20% who decided to go with Akio as bodyguards.

With her being a goddess like existence and all because she controls all things plants and farming, she becomes quite popular in an almost religious way.

Just about the everyone else is still in the beginning town dungeon training, and one is MIA like stated.

Why did they change Hajime hitting David with a rubber bullet to flinging food at him? Dumb. And completely eliminates the first reaction his classmates have to him having guns.

I REALLY hope they adapt directly from the novels for the anime. The manga has great art but the choices of cut content and changes to the minor details drag it down and in many cases make the story make little sense.
