I'm no retard but I feel like the thought process required to decide "To prove my worth I must murder a random town of innocents, which also proves that I am a hero!" is a little far-fetched even for a random villain. There is no gain, AT ALL. And how did he get this far in power anyways with that shitty delusion?
Also teacher is nice but she's kinda retarded with all that compassion she stores in her ass to use in the most inconvenient of times, like to a guy who would've definitely probably demolished a town.
