No need to focus on him really since he's not important to the story in the first place. In WN, at some point he temporarily joined Hajime to conquer a dungeon, but failed the trials so he didn't get any rewards. Eventually he was manipulated by a classmate who likes him and they joined the demons. Hajime doesn't even bother fighting him during the final battle (war) and skips him to fight the true boss. He finally learned to accept how things are once the main story is finished, ultimately deciding not to go back to their world. Eventually, he was isekai'd for a couple times more.

@jcjulio010 Haven't seen the anime cause of what people said. Is it as bad as Overlord?

Kouki continues being a self righteous prick. He even goes so far to tell Yue and the girls that they should stay with the class and help them fight because they're strong and strong people should do 'the right thing'. Moron.
Hajime eventually gets pissed when Kouki picks a fight with him with the girls as a reward, because he's actually that self absorbed. And I have zero clue where he got the brilliant idea that he could beat the guy who just solo'd the whole group who curbstomped their entire class at once. Or why the girls would join him if he actually manage to win.
When the 'fight' starts, he synergizes a hole for Kouki to fall into. He then throws in a whole bunch of flashbangs and other nasty non-lethal creations and then closes the hole over him, lol. Then he just walks away while the loud noises go off underground.
