Arifureta Shokugyou de Sekai Saikyou

@RetroBoomer well put sir. She should leave this already dysfunctional family well alone. Man's already married to an immortal vampire, who is also way better as a mage, who does this bitch think she is?

😅Dzięki wielkie za kolejny rozdział który pojawił się tak szybko 😍, czekam z niecierpliwością na więcej 😊😅
(oczywiście nie popędzam czy coś,jakby ktoś źle zrozumiał)

I only got interested in this because of the harem, but the writing, especially the edgy chuuni lines Hajime starts spouting, really make this unreadable.

What's the point of having a weak mc if you're going to give him shitload of power ups early on? The struggle was shown for like...what? 1 chapter? Afterward it's all "I ate this, so I got that", "I tried this and that, and now I got this" one liners. Why not just establish that your character is strong and spare us all that crap?

@shirovn Japanese culture strongly favors external locus of control, so in most Japanese isekais, powers are granted not earned. Compare that to Advent of the Archmage, where the MC has to earn or barter for everything he has whether it's powers, equipment, land, subordinates, money, etc.

@krutou That isn't really my point, but I guess I wasn't being clear enough. I'm having problem with the author using one liners to "develop" his character. He's "telling" and not "showing" the development. If it's going to be like that, an already powerful character will be better.

I have no problem with power being granted, as long as it's handled properly, which isn't the case here.

@Inslayer then you should at least read the webnovel. This manga kinda badly explains and skips some important stuff on their relationship but in the webnovel (haven't read the light novel yet so I can't comment on that one) it explains how deep their relationship with one another is and how important they are to Hajime
