I think there is some bad blood between Kang and Jung (might be onesided though), and she's just caught in the middle.
I'm not sure about Jung using her for any kind of revenge, but there has been several implications that Kang resents seeing Jung happy with her, or probably with any woman.
Thanks translator for giving us so quick chapter releases with these cliffhanger moments now ?
Addition: @silverdust Yes! She has a good thing going with Jung, and this latest chapter with Kang took me by surprise. How dumb can this woman get! I mean, right now she's loosing to her mom in dumbness, and that's a lot ?
