The last bit was kinda bittersweet but still a nice way for this mini arc to go.
I'm also pretty sure that the punchable faced dude is gonna enjoy a very bitter wedded life once the news reaches his wife and her family.

Agreed, for the sinister plot the man pulled he got away too lightly. The punches were satisfying tho
Here's hoping we get to see a real happy end for Carla's story and karma for the dude to satisfy my thirst for longer lasting consequences too>

@ColourMyAlphabet They live in a time of pride and a self worth, so I feel like the dude would be haunted by getting beat by a girl and when he kicks up a stink about it the fact he got wooped would dredge up the rumor that he fooled with her so feels weird for modern sensibilities but sounds pretty okay for them.
But me also man, I want that to see a little more retribution for that guy.
