? Just a little while ago, wasn't it implied that everyone in the town was a Waldecian? Isn't that why the combat models put the pursuit on hold last chapter?
If they're all androids, the combat models wouldn't need to hold back and could just do with the casualties the same thing they did with Dahlia.

@XL None of them recognized the spy as a machine and they've been together for a while, what made you think they'd be able to recognise other androids now?
