She just comes off as a lazy and manipulative bitch who exploits Komura for her mobage addiction. I really see nothing good she could add to the story. The team is really hoping she does not come back.

describing her as having 'no personality' after only one chapter is jumping to conclusions too quickly, especially since MC specifically brought up 'no one really knows why she's running the school store', which means there might be a legitimate story there.

There is no exploitation involved because:
the other guys are clearly happy at their payment, MC seems to also like the cat photo, so the cards are probably not actually free over the internet: maybe it's a limited edition model good.
She also paid komura properly even though komura felt like refusing.

@cgr She does not have a personality, in only a chapter we should have a semblance of what kind of personality she has but she is just exploiting horny teenagers to do HER JOB for something the internet can provide for free(and dont came with the limited edition bullshit its just a gravure photo that she should have hundreds lurking around because it was her work) , she doesnt feel smart or cunning or interesting just annoying and doesnt add nothing to the story.

the heck? clearly your definition of personality is extremely unique. She has more personality than the mob guys, the single minded public moral girl, and arguably the MC. (note: I'm not saying that having little personality in this comedy series is necessarily bad)

, yes, but the guys probably don't have so it's valuable to them. Also, her name, which is likely her signature is on the photos: models' signatures can be worth some money if the model is famous enough.
you're jumping to conclusions if you think those photos would be automatically be on the internet for free: they could be licensed by herself or her modelling company (I don't know the current japanese laws regarding that) , they could be on paid websites or they could even be her private cosplay photos.

I feel like the conclusions I've stated should be obvious so I'm done with this debate.

Well, the only reason people are disliking her is because she is the very definition of a souless manager.
She can't do her job, we have no idea how she got the job in the first place, she exploit her underlings, pay the very bad and makes them think it's a good deal and that they should be grateful to work under her, and many other things.

TL;DR: You hate her because she reminds you of your boss.
