Calling it now There's no way the guy at the screens isn't God in this manga. It's setup perfectly. If the demons are cute girls, then it'll work beautifully to have God be a shut-in watching/messing with the protag for entertainment.

@Tamerlane well there is not only catholic faith in Christianity, but he could also be protestant or something else. As I'm aware only Catholic priests are expected to hold celibacy and it's not even hard rule nowadays. I think they could ask the pope or cardinal to approve a relationship, but don't quote me on that.
