Automatically enable "see unavailable chapters" for new uploaders

As the title says. Too many new uploaders upload their chapter twice or thrice because they have no idea where it went and that it takes up to 2 days for the chapter to be approved.

Or just let people see their own uploads regardless of the setting

Do they get some sort of notification that tells them they have to wait for a manual review? The amount of people asking where their first-time uploads are is noticeable.

Going by this post there is, or at least was. Never underestimate a human's ability to completely block out all text they don't personally think they have to read.

I mean, anyone who has been in this subforum for more than a minute knows about this phenomenon (sticky anyone?)

Though, if this notification goes away automatically due to a redirect or something, I would understand not everyone seeing it. People would often start an upload then go off to do other stuff with their life in the meantime.

Yeah, the only reason I wasn't sure was because so many first-time uploaders asked about it. Turns out the just didn't read what they should've.

Maybe making the notif give more of a 'READ THIS' vibe will help, as well as mentioning the 'see unavailable chapters' option if it isn't already.

You should confirm it by asking somebody to let you upload a chapter and observe.
