Seems like Kyozuke managed to win Azumi's hearth after all, this means he will be killed once the allies of Bontenmaru intercept her letter and he orders to get his "rival" removed.

Good lord, thankfully that horse riding straight wasn't drunk!
Since every other character by now seems to be flawed, can we all take a moments notice to celebrate the miraculous story of how Horse hooved the situation??

@Doomroar Yes Bontenmaru will probably, in a moment of froth-raging-jealousy, decide to have the sculptor assasinated just like you predicted. Actually I don't remember Azumi liking Kyozuke.. weird.. Maybe it's just that she wishes him well or something and then sends off the letter-of-death to him.

@Not-Ak-not i myself don't want to believe that she likes him, but she was unusually happy to get his letter, and so far he is the only one to have confessed and survived to tell the tale.
