Those two shouldn't get jealous. I dare say their bodies are perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
 
So... she wore a different kansen (Or kanmusu or whatever it is we have in Azure Lane- a shipgirl)'s underwear, then, and that's why it didn't fit?
