@vexelpops my completely uninformed take on it is that they are attractive bc they're youngish men with a lot of money who, because business stuff, are usually emotionally distant, underdeveloped, or just a plain dick (really helps if you want them to be single when the woman enters the picture) while also being attractive, good with people, and smart. The modern equivalent to the talented noble with the added benefit that a CEO, unlike a noble, isn't expected to get with another CEO so the women don't have to have any real redeeming qualities (paragons are kinda out of style rn) to prove to the supposedly rational onlookers. When you think about it, being swept away to CEO land is basically just a fairy-tale mixed in with an isekai.
