But why do they always add some kind of system in stories? Without it, it would have been so much better.

I like it this way. Yeah the system is being used a lot but not for zombie apocalypses'. Like the last human. Good story doesnt use the system. I think it makes this a bit interesting and different. Wish it would update faster unfortunately. I ended up forgetting about it

Umm...how did those two girls survive the first time in this situation if he wasn't there to save them? Guess the girl that had taken the knife must have managed to kill the zombie girl without the MC.

@StarGasm Exactly...it's like thinking "Damn, what a waste..."

@Kami_Nana It's one of those cases where the MC actually inhibits their growth, or outright changes it into another direction, more than anything else.

And as we can tell, this is a failed story, why? Because the Chinese never learn, unless of course the Chinese reading-audience enjoys those broken-ass-logic and lack of common sense, still, are they so rude irl that they'd tell someone "Roll"?

So right. This happens all the time. MC rescues someone that is apparently super amazing and changes their path, for all he knows, for the worse. MC in this story has the excuse that he didn't know.

I wonder how long before MC turns into an expressionless jerk. Let's see.
