Would be nice to earn badges and showcase it on your profile or on your comments.

I don't if this is already a planned thing, you can see a clickable badge section on your profile.

I'm all for this idea. You could argue that this can fall under the comment incentives in the planned features list.

Yeah, I agree, maybe to make it less "exessive" like in the @BzzBzz pic, something like you can choose 10, 5, 3 badges to appear, like your favorites/cooler ones.
I totally think this as a good idea.
