Someone recommended me reading Baki because it was a nice fighting manga with based on real martial arts and fighting logic, but it justs is so unreal every chapter. I don't mean I don't like it, it's just that the opinion I got doesn't go well with what I see.
In terms of explanation of techniques and such, Kengan Asura takes the cake.
