This chapter was indeed long-awaited.
I just want to temper people's expectations. This ending is god awful. It's really bad. It'll piss you off. Just remember that Baki Dou (2018) exists. Please. Forgive this series.

Imagine if Ali Jr, on the way to his fight with Baki at the stadium, got bitten by a rattlesnake and died, and that was supposed to represent how he wasn't on the level of the main cast because he wasn't always ready for anything

@onepenguin0 pretty much nails it. My disappointment stems from the fact that I absolutely loved this series before the final fight. Musashi is a legitimate threat, and the idea that Musashi is somehow more alien to this world than Pickle, the Homo Erectus who fought dinosaurs, is an awesome idea. The only problem is...the author shits the bed with these final chapters.

I love how the spectators are way calmer than the Retsu fight
