Yeah, again I think the translator here clearly doesn't actually understand Japanese even a little and is just outright guessing at what's being said. It's especially obvious here because the raw text is visible in one page.

Original Japanese:
”大きい．．．　２メートル．．．いや　２メートル１０センチ．．．それ以上．．．”
Actual translation:
"He's huge... 2 meters... no... 2 meters, 10 centimeters, at least..."

Even a complete novice like me can tell it's wrong.
