Nice to see the issue finally brought up. Yan san's not going to be with the restaurant for long. He's just a crutch that'll keep it afloat to give time to improve the restaurant itself so that it can hold up once he's gone.
Pretty sure that's why Yan didn't show up. He wants these guys to do this themselves instead of relying on him.

Yep. I agree, Yan-san probably skipped the meeting because he wanted the people to come up with their own ideas.

I was starting to get annoyed about the head waiter guy but he ended up speaking up for the place so he earns extra points with me this episode.
