I don’t get why people are talking about Yuki. Ryuu and Yuki have known each other since there were kids, they even live together yet nothing happened? Ryuu even said that he’s willing to date...it’s quite clear he doesn’t see her that way. Don’t get me wrong, I like Yuki and as much as she’s been supportive, she’s had ages to try and be proactive towards him but hasn’t, just because she’s a childhood friend doesn’t mean she deserves to be with Ryuu (I actually ship her with sakubara lol). Anyway I’m on Etou ship, I think their cute together!

@RubyObi I agree with you completely. I think people just want the childhood friend to win for once. But the most important part that some people seem to be dismissing is that it's been heavily hinted, like you said, that he doesn't care for her as a girlfriend. Unless she starts acting like "another girl" in front of him, and not his sister, that won't change either! (Even though it seems to me like it's too late)

Another thing to note, the author added a girl for Yuuto, making Aiko "free" (I don't really like the word but I'm not sure what to use there).

@RubyObi and @monkaS, personaly, this is not about making childhood girl win or whatever (and actually, in sport manga, they usually "win" to use that popular verb), my personal issue is about the author making her continuously in love with him without making clear to HER mind that this is not reciprocal.

I mean, if after all that time, he (the author) did not make clear to Yuki's mind (and again, we are not going to blame characters as they are not real persons), that is for opening a cheap drama (already foreshadowed by the end of chapter 372).

But anyway, that is speculation. And at the end of the day, Ryu will end up with Sakuraba. We y'all know that he will ditch Aiko once he will handle English
