So what's the reasoning on this guy? "Oh wow, a member of a mythical race that is super strong. Let's go obnoxiously hit on her!" And why is the MC even bothering to get in front of her, as if A, she needed help, and B, he could do anything? If she is so strong, she should be able to tell him to get lost, and if he tries anything, just push him out of the way. And why is "he can control me!" something you'd even bother boasting about? "Get lost or I'll kick your ass" is what she should have told him. And like everyone else is saying, how does arm-wrestling tell if he is a strong beast tamer? "Sure, let me just summon my grizzly for you to arm wrestle". Or more directly, "Kanade, kick his ass", which is what she should have done in the first place.
