Beast with Flowers - Ch. 2

i'm not sure that this has to be an Isekai or reincarnation. there have been people in Coma's that have lived a different life, only to wake up and realize that it was all a dream. though, some might call that reincarnation.

@Kyxr Either the child died due to illness or the father went to the store with the child. If it's the latter then the baby died with the dad when they (most likely) got hit by a car.

@Krobelus actually in the first flashback she meant ion OUR family which hoy me confused because that’s most likely when you have a child or more than two people in a household. So it makes sense now. But other than that everything else does seem a bit illogical. I think she might’ve been pregnant and miscarried or something but anyway I’m barely starting to read so I’ll probably find out soon anyways.

honestly, i really enjoy how detailed and prominent her past life was. usually in these stories, they completely ignore the previous life, which is understandable bc it's hard to constantly talk about it, but it's also strange for the MC to not acknowledge it because it's pretty traumatising to lose everything in a past life, or, if they had nothing, to discard their old selves so easily. so i really like how she at least thinks about it and realises it's strange and etc.

Wow, that bit about the baby at the end... way to kick us in the head when we're already down for the count. I want to know what happened to it though, she didn't mention a baby in the main flashback. Was it with the dad and got killed with him? Did his family kill the baby along with her? Did they take the baby after killing her? Where's the baby?!

This is so interesting, usually in the isekai genre, the MC would be certain that they are living a second life but her thought process is refreshing as she is entertaining the thought that it was all a dream 🤯. I like this 😆

I thought it was bad enough that the man she loved died, but her baby as well?! She saw them both on that road, beneath that car...?

Oh, man. It's an isekai. I hate isekais...
But this one seems to have a lot of interesting points about it so I'll give it a shot.
