I mean, just a few chapters ago, when Yeon came to visit, weren't the guards talking amongst each other how pitiful the lady is but her presence is completely necessary to calm the beast (and one of the twins got beat up by suggesting that because he pities the lady so much, they should at least tell her of the beast's personality if the small chance she's unaware of it)
