Like many have already stated, doesn't it seem rather odd and unnatural for the prince to confide in her? Sure he made a rush to judgement about her behavior before but isn't he essentially doing the same thing in the other direction? It's not like they're friends and while she may hold a good reputation he doesn't know where her loyalties lie. For example, if the duke is a suspect, do you really want to trust his daughter's friend (as she is in Remy entourage) with that?
The pacing feels a bit off with this story and I feel like they are rushing the weight loss. What's the point of making her a fat character if that's only an issue for 1 1/2 chapters?

that being said, i'm glad the prince repented and apologized but... what on earth made him do what he did in the first place then?? if he was going to feel bad about it??? does the "protagonist" have some kind of compelling magic??? also why did he just reveal everything to cosette....? is it because her father already knew anyway, apparently??? lmao well i want to see where this is going beyond this but she sure did lose fat fast dflkjsdjlk tho she IS a kid and it looked like she worked really hard. i didn't really get how her shoes helped her slim down though, maybe i should read it again

I thought the plot couldn't get anymore ridiculous from the 40-year-old housewife who plays games with her daughter but this took it to a new height lol. MC should just be a teenager or little kid in the first place if this is how she acts. It's not an airport but ciao, I'm dropping this series :v

@warhawktroop Not really. There's The Daughter of the Albert House Wishes for Ruin. The original otome heroine is nice and pretty innocent. There's also Yandere Otome Game. She's pretty friendly with the protagonist. Lady Rose wants To Be A Commoner has the MC reincarnated as the actual heroine. This one's not really an otome isekai but I Swear I Won't Bother You Again's MC's sister isn't really malicious, just a bit clueless.
Edit: Oh yeah, I forgot Endo and Kobayashi's Live Commentary On The Villainess. This doesn't really count but apparently, the original heroine of Milady Just Wants To Relax is still her original self. In the original novel, there weren't really any " heroines" or " villainess" . It was about two noble girls battling out. The MC says that her original self and the heroine were both just as bad.

@SakuraShower Apparently, the wn/ln of I swear I won't bother you again isn't as fluffy as the manga version. At the very least, from what I've gathered from spoilers
1. What her insane mother did to her was expanded, other than a whipping silhouette we see at the manga (so, not only did she become a substitute from sh*tty dad in her mother's eyes, was made to dress in male clothes, apparently mom even attempted to violate her. Not sure how far the insanity went or even if the word violate was right here.)
2. MC's I believe still decides/intends to be a nun but compared to her ever growing friendship with her half sis in manga, she has trouble creating a bond with said half sis in wn/ln.
3. Yulin has much obvious yandere tendencies but is still best ship apparently!
4. Prince's has gotten "obsessed" with her "genuine smile" and sudden change of feeling and attitude (the smile she only shows "exclusively" to Yulin and to a lesser extent to Maria her maid, basically to people who do treat her right. The scene where he first sees her genuine smile at the student council room (already adapted so technicallly not a spoiler) could be extended if they could've put Prince's POV)

By extension, also hints the half sis isn't naive as she portrays, being at one time Yulin invites FL out on a date and coincidentally, half sis asks her to spend time with her on the same day. FL is ofc choosing Yulin, Father is pissed because she's choosing a man over her family. FL ignores them. Later on, half sis can tell FL and Yulin are close and in the 2nd timeline, gains an interest to Yulin instead of the Prince, much to FL's dismay but FL has yet to realize her feelings still. She intends to befriend Yulin last I read from the spoilers. Yulin ignores her thankfully.
