cant say I enjoyed watching the MC let her beat him up..... He seems pathetic really. I dont even know what hes apologizing for. Hes given the loli shelter and a place to stay/work..... so what more can he do ?

uh... what just happened, it went from blacksmith uncle that owns a shop to... demon-possessed-demon-loli beating up MC because possessing-demon has a dark past while demon-loli was anxious(?), of who-knows-what, and the MC just magically knows what happened as if it was the natural conclusion and is apologetic for who-knows-what... yeah, the plot is flowing smoothly :T
