i'm confused about the mask, he's shown not wearing it all the time, he's out in public without it, his identity is already known by the love interest and he even says he doesn't wear the mask in public so why wear it now? is the king not worthy of seeing your face? you're inheriting a title/lands, why hide your identity now of all times?
