Berserk - Vol. 41 Ch. 359 - A Wall

As a long time reader of Berserk this chapter filled me with equal emotiones of Glee and FUCK...
Both storywise and by the author.

If she reacts like this by only mentioning Judo think what's gonna happen if she sees Griffith, which could even happen VERY soon since the Moonlight boy is coming to the island.

I have this feeling that because Griffith looks and "acts" like, well, Griffith, Caska will go with him because her mind hasn't fully recovered and, as he is "normal", she'll cling to that normality.

Giving Guts all the more reason to kill him and come off as the bad guy some more. Because we can't have Guts be happy, now can we?

Finally a Casca/Guts chapter.

Also Miura, starting a new work before finishing your main one is not really a good idea.
Oh well, let's pray we can get regular berserk release sometime.

I think page 22 is somewhat wrong storywise. Yes, Guts presence could provoke Casca to relive her traumatic experience but Miura presents him as some kind of pure evil in cahoots with apostles.
I hope he won't go for "I blame you for what happened" kind of story.

Shit cant the author give Guts a freaken break already? Now after all these chapters she finally has her memory back and now she cant look at him....Smh... hopefully it doesnt take another 100-200 chapters to heal that too....

@sav7775 We don't know the extent of what Griffith did to Casca. He inserted his bodily fluids on her on his "demon" form. He might have planted those memories on her, which makes a lot of sense considering how he was "jealous" of Guts (more like irritated from my point of view but that's another discussion).
On another note, it's also likely that Guts just reminds her of the accident and even though the panel showed Guts to us (the readers) Casca might not have been able to see him as the narrator says later on [his armor mixes with the monsters (I don't remember if he was using that armor during the eclipse)]. I don't know why his right arm is uncovered since he lost his left one (I think).
Either way, I don't think she would blame Guts unless her memories were changed by Griffith or something, but it's more likely to just be some trauma.

almost looks like guts is holding the demons back, but who knows and for how slow this is, we may never know

Lmao why is Miura starting another series when he hasn't even concluded this one?!?!? Does that mean even longer hiatuses for Berserk? Great chapter. I'm just a bit concerned...
