mc is not in a relationship with the thot anyway plus seems like the thot is converting and might stop being a thot for the MC, reminds me of that one character in “what’s going on ?” One character started as a thot then she met someone she truly fell in love with and she is one of the best character in the series tbh, and I don’t particularly mind if she starts being nice every one deserves a second chance though I doubt she’ll win the MC in the end

hm i like it but i would of preferred if the mc kept himself to 1 girl.
i get he is not in an actual relationship with any of them.
and even if he was, the definition of cheating in a relationship is often not defined. as it really depends on the couple.
some are in a relationship where both parties are ok with either going out with anyone, while others are not.
it depends to say the least. and in this case tbh, it would look like they all could in some way be ok with it.
