I like your question. One other green-haired sorta yandere I can think of is Allendis from Abandoned Empress. I think it’s bc green is not a ~natural hair color~ and so it isn’t as attractive as black, brown, red, yellow, and white. Character design and color choices are especially important since Korean webtoons have to color every panel. Easy to give the ML a universally appealing color and the side characters the eye-catching but ultimately undesirable hair color. Plus the author can easily characterize a yandere with their green hair since the association already exists in people’s minds.

Maybe it goes deeper into Korean culture? These are just my observations though
