I think that instead of a second reincarnator, Yuri has some level of self-awareness: she doesn't want to talk to them, but she does anyways because a higher force (the author?) forces her to. Just like the other characters that are stuck in the mold that the author made for them, Yuri is stuck as well but she knows she wouldn't do nor say any of the things she has if it were up to her.
