Dragon Quest has a class called Goof/Jester/Gadabout depending on the game and the translation. The male version of the class was a clown and the female version was often a bunnygirl.

It's somewhat ubiquitous considering how big Dragon Quest is in Japan.

Anyways, they had a move called Puff-Puff which the game tries to be vague about for kids but adults who play it recognize it as the character pushing her boobs onto the enemy's face.
So the milk and everything is... yeah.
