Bimajyo no Ayano-san - Vol. 2 Ch. 37

Crows are smart af, and some can imitate some sounds, but definitely can't speak like that lmao

"Bimajyo" (literally beautiful witch) is a term apparently used in Japan to describe a woman older than 35 or so who has retained her great beauty, almost as if by magic. So it doesn't mean she's a witch or the series will pivot to that genre in the future.

From the summary. I guess you could say a joke like this might be overdue if anything?

It is possible that Areku might be a common raven, looking at the beak curvature and neck fuzz. That might explain the talking, as some wild ravens will imitate speech and trained ones have been known to talk, though it varies greatly with the individual bird (i.e. as to whether they feel like it or not :p).
That said, the art more closely resembles a carrion crow, which I've not heard of speaking, although it, like corvids in general, are pretty dang smart.
