when I was translating it, I tried googling it but couldn't find anything, and only thing I found close was from an old thread on yahoo
asking "バインバインって何ですか?" or "What is Bayin bayin", so I took the answer he got there.

it does make sense for it to be boob related tho

Thanks for the translation!! I've been curious about this story since one of my favorite (coughs) H mangaka drew the illustration for the LN (which is how I immediately recognized this from the cover). Kinda wild, I know, I was surprised as heck when I saw their twitter lmao - reverse harem and their usual works seem very far from each other.
