But didn't the marriage thing is false anyway ? Didn't they said she just to kiss and not to actually get married ? We didn't even see who she is suppos to marry. I hope the cousin have put on the contract that Yuri will marry Lily because if not then the manga will be utterly trash instead of average. I don't see why the cousin will do anything that will hurt Lily after the all kidnapping bullsh*t and her even more bullsh*t redemption, that will make no sense (even this manga didn't had anymore at this point).

@SquigglesJP, you had all my love for keeping trad this one because i will had quit long ago.

@Lilliwyt I was thinking about the same solution. It’s the only good way the manga could have still a decent happy ending, in any other way it will be absolute trash.

They last few lines from Lily, for example
"I'll continue to think about you"
, really give the feeling it somehow shifted into
being a real marriage and she will never see lily again?
Is that the case or is it just a it of a dramatic line?
 
Yeah i go back to chapter 19 to confirm myself one thing and boy do this all freaking drama make no sense whatsoever. It's a fuc*ing false marriage, the olds mans say that themselves. Yuri don't have to be actually married to the man, she just need to kiss him. How all of sudden it's becoming a real marriage and put like they don't gonna see each other ever again ? I swear to god the last pages are better be just for over drama and nont real because they don't make sense, hell the whole thing make no sense at all because IT'S A FAKE CEREMONY TO BEGIN WITH, why everybody act like it's a real ? Did the author have forget that or did he/she don't even care about the story he/she made ?

Yes i'm mad and not only against the olds mens but against everyone. I mean at least in Citrus it was a real ceremony from the start, here it's not just look at the this page from chapter 19

The old man said it's NOT a real ceremony, Yuri just need to kiss the man ONCE. Why everybody made just a big deal out of this.

Yeah see that is what I thought? I can totally understand not wanting to do the ceremony because you don't want to hurt lily or make light of marriage (especially for when she, cough cough presumably, marries lily eventually) but yeah it really does seem like things spiraled way out of control. I have to assume the lines were to try and enhance the drama but I feel all they did was enhance my anxiety, and I have had the raw manga for weeks. I even knew what happened and I have still been so freaking nervous lol.
 
@DeepFriedJif Did you have seen what happen after or did this chapter was the last you read ? Because if you know what happen next, i don't really mind being spoil at this point, i'm already not waiting much.

I have a feeling @SqigglesJP is not gonna keep us waiting and will have the next chapter out today. (Please God Idk about you but my axiety is through the roof). So you may want to wait, but if not.

More or less, and keep in mind I can not read JP so this is all based off a guess and the images, that
the friends and the cousin conspired to have it so either lily is to marry Yuri is in the contract, or so that the cousin is allowed to specify the participants. Ultimately it ends up being them two doing the ceremony. Given their reactions neither of them were aware of this, but the friends where. I didn't understand why they didn't just tell lily and Yuri (or her parents for that matter) the plan but after thinking about it a bit I guess you could argue if they were suddenly fine with it, it would be suspect to the elders. Either way it sorts itself next chapter, like literally the first image will make that clear

Oh see now that is too much for my tastes, I am not at all a fan of horror or anything like that. I very much prefer wholesome, cute SoL (if black lily is giving me anxiety can you imagine what that manga would do to me? Lol). Some friends tried to get me to watch that anime, telling me not to worry, I got to episode 4 and had to watch the Kase-san OVA like 4 times just to move on lol.
