@tanooki sorta late to the part but, her older brother (2nd I think) impregnated her. She loved a pharmacist, and her 3rd brother that also raped her sometimes, told her that if she tells the child is from the pharmacist the king may forgive her and grant her a marriage. It did not happen.

I think. I've read the manwha seriously about 8 months ago. I think ran is adopted as well.
