@Madolcheplayer @usagiaddict It seems like the quality on the translation group's website is fine. Not sure if mangadex does any sort of compression to uploads

@darricksailo it's because of transparency in png, it's intentional. Funny thing is: leeching sites like mangaf*x will convert these to jpg and, depends of converter settings, will automagically fix it.

EDIT: I checked and on project site transparency is still a thing but, at least!, they fixed it on mangadex. So my almost month old comment is no longer valid.
