@Rand00m Are you not familiar with internet forums? Never used one before? Just look at the icons above the comment box. Hover your mouse over them, and you'll know what they are used for. I don't think there's a chapter that explains how to use the comment box, but just give it a few minutes checking it out, and you'll know how to use it.
