Wait, she gets a shot once a month? that can't possibly be enough. I don't think I've read of an estrogen injection that is not almost completely out of your system by 2 weeks.

@jaderobin Maybe that scene took place around the middle of the month or something? The raws say 来月 (next month), not １ヶ月 (1 month of time), so it's possible that "next month" is two weeks away. I really don't know enough about the general practices for HRT in Japan to say that they don't just do it monthly though or at what concentrations they typically prescribe.

@Kampfarsch There are not too many pictures of Hirasawa-sensei floating around the net from what I've seen. She was recently in a documentary series though, and she looks much better in that than she does in any of the pictures of her I've found, since those photos were all taken much earlier in her transition.
