The big question now is...kiss 3 times per day a girl for 1 level up. Which means 3 kiss for 1 girl or 1 kiss for 3 girls... But if its that the cap is PER girl... meaning that each day he can increase a girl level cap 3 times per day.... So if he can get 10 girls harem he can kiss them 3 times for a total of 30 kisses per day XD

The way it is worded in the raw, it's 3 kiss per 1 day, period.
So if anyone tries to kiss him after that during the same day, they'll know what happened because their level cap didn't increase.
