@HYBRID_BEING I originally translated it to "a boy or a girl" instead but after asking around lots of people , most if not all are able to understood what she meant by "brother or sister", If i have to add in a bit more explanation or clarification, it would be "Which one do you want, a brother or a sister for our daughter". Since everyone I asked are okay and like and had no problem understanding it or whatsoever, I decided to keep it as it is.
