Boku no Kanojo Sensei - Vol. 2 Ch. 11

To help those that are lost: Back in chapter 9, the school newspaper ran an illicit relationship article with a picture of Maka and Makoto walking out together from the burger place where they encountered SID. Because the censor put on Makoto's face was so light, people had already guessed that he was the male student in the pic. This lead to Kisou yelling at him at the start of chapter 10 because he broke his "promise" to protect Maka. Later on at the cat cafe that Maka's dad owns, Maka told Makoto that he didn't need to be a hero and that she could take whatever heat came from the exposure, which lead to the flashback of how Maka fell for him this chapter.

After that, Makoto does the kabe-don and secretly takes that pic of Maka and starts spreading it around making it look like he took advantage/harassed her instead of them having a secret relationship. As a result, the school newspaper article is pretty much forgotten about and things basically reverted back to normal.

Hope that helps clear things up a bit.

@Kiming4 He admitted indirectly that he loves her, He spread the photo plus the story of him being a bad child so they can meet each other without other students and teachers find it suspicious because He wants to protect her reputation hence She calls him a hero

@Kiming4 No problem at all. Actually, after volume 1 ends, the girls from SID each get a volume where they're major focus of the story.

I keep following this because of the art but the story pacing really is weird. That felt like the author tried to force all the content in so it could end with the kiss.

So she fell for him because he was an asshole to her and basically said that she deserved to get assaulted? Lovely.

I really don't understand why so many characters like him. He's a prick more often than not.

@Xystus Why should it get axed? Just because you cannot enjoy it does not mean that others cannot enjoy it
