The maybe possession thing feMC has reminds me of this manga I've been trying to find for ages.
It was moeshit-styled, the lead girl was a camping enthusiast and halfway through the initial chapter there was this weird swerve where their classmate got possessed by something and started stalking them; by the end of the second chapter the entire town had become the same sort of slasher-zombies and MC had to drive them off with homemade flashbangs and flee into the woods.
If anyone recalls the name I'd really appreciate it, bakabt tags have been absolutely no help.
