Here's a clever joke/pun on Ichikawa's name that didn't pass through the translation. The gyaru gal called Ichikawa as "Ichi/Icchi(whatever you prefer)" which is also the pronunciation of number one in Japanese. So when she said "... starting from Icchi" it could be interpreted as -
1) starting from Ichikawa(obviously)
2) starting from number one(as in
counting)
