I personally don't see problems with such illustrations.
Sure, it's lewd, but Bokuyaba is a shounen manga after all - a manga targeted at horny boys the age of Ichikawa/Yamada.
Boys in puberty are usually attracted to girls their age, right? So why not give them as readers a bit of fan service of their favourite heroine?
