Okay that twist about him being adopted is pretty good. Honestly, this manga could've been way better. Maybe expand on how the asshole teacher is actually a good guy and was just frustrated with his life or something. Something to make us feel a bit of sympathy for him. Maybe make him less of an asshole during the rape.
