Looking back at the first chapter it seems obvious that her behaviour isn't normal. She's obviously not just a normal CL type.

There are a few upgrades I could think of. Facial upgrades would be obvious, the dream teased a size increase, there could also be power upgrades so they could go on trips or hand sensors so she could wear the ring.
Also possibly an upgrade so she can preform her "wifely" duties.

EDIT: Wait- In the chapter where they had a picnic she mentioned that she wasn't correctly prioritizing human life. Now I'm almost certain she won't be eligible for an upgrade now.

@Cellulanus I mean, she got rudimentary memories of her previous owner and she knows why she got sold second hand (emotionless and unable to act in a human like manner).
In my interpretation, a robots A.I. most driving force would be the will to please. This might be the reason why she wrote "<3 Takuma" on the Omurice. Unconsciously, she might be scared of being discarded again. Which would be (again, in my interpretation) a normal behaviour for a robot.
