Mina seems to have her safety program altered (possibly by her previous owner), since there were already multiple occasions that she hurt MC, albeit accidental. In fact, that she can hold the knife so close to him should have violated her own intended program.

Makes me wonder if she might be capable to actually hurt people as an aggressor.
