tbh, if that guy gave up after only 9 tries, then he's stupid. There's most likely a way to save her. He should have gotten some valuable information that time around, like who her enemies were. Then he would have been able to work towards stopping them from distorting her worldview even further. The power to rewind time and keep your memories is too op. I believe with enough resets, he would have been able to save her.

@TheGoodFella that's true, but that only means he would have to play it smarter. I still think it's very possible, especially since it seems his memories carry over with every reset. If there are no other limitations on rewinding time back to that moment other than the ones presented, he could even live out an entire lifetime before resetting back to the point where she first got her powers, which would give him more than enough time to think of several plans to counter the demon's interference.

Tbh she should have snuck into tokyo u and fiddled with the scholarship documents if she was more intelligent... or like collect the infinity stones and be queen of the universe. She should have used her power to read more manga instead of study haha
